August 2nd, 2008: HOC's 11th New Jersey Pagan Picnic
The theme for this year's Hands of Change New Jersey Pagan Picnic was "Sharing the Basics": strengthening our community and our knowledge of each other through sharing the basics of our traditions.

As in past years, GOG members participated -- GOG helped with food and the main ritual, created a labyrinth, Norma moderated a panel discussion (with Isaac Bonewits as a panel member), and GOG members created a collage table and helped with breakdown of picnic equipment and cleanup of site - 19 GOG members in attendance - over 175 attended the picnic. A lovely sunny day (as storms raged in towns around us.....) with companionable Pagans, good food, and interesting workshops. (photos: Fox and Ed)
